Adam Cuviler aka Groovy Cuvy has DJ'ed since 2004 with a background stemming largely from breakbeat, but in recent years has been know to play anything from electro to minimal. Cuvy's unique ability to read the crowd, has brought him bookings opening for and playing alongside some of the world's top talent. Cuvilier's home base is in Edmonton Alberta. He has been a radio DJ on local 88.5FM CJSR, with show "Smooth" which is well known for rocking his late night sets since 2002 with co-host Avrum Gold.
His other residency is at Level 2 Lounge. Cuvy's night, Formula Fridays celebrated 2 years in October 2007. His long 4 hours sets, keep a full, crazy dance floor well into the morning.
Cuvy still maintains a steady stream of out of town bookings, and in June 2007 he played his first international shows as he toured Thailand playing shows in Bangkok, Ko Tao, Ko Samuai, and Ko Phi Phi.
Groovy Cuvy wanting more, started producing early in 2007 and in September he was signed to Money Shot Records with his electro remix of Myagi's "Dirty Girls" which is his first release.
