Following on the massive debut release for Money Shot (Circuit Breaker & Deckart's Supa!) we have a solid 12" from two of Breaks' most promising rising stars - Myagi & Steelzawheelz. Myagi has been one of the busiest men in breaks over the last 12 months, with releases scheduled for West Records, 2 Wars, Howlin, Splank, and more.
Steelzawheelz has taken the Breaks world by storm with their new label West Records, outselling many labels that have been around for years! Myagi's original mix is a full on bass-driven dancefloor assault, riding the fine line between Breaks and House in a Lee Coombs/Meat Katie fashion. Funky hip hop vocal stabs compliment the deep, modulated bass with pure class, creating a tune that will appeal to the funky breaks camp and nu school heads alike. Steelzawheelz inject a healthy dose of acid funk into the mix, while maintaining the raw, rugged feel of the original. It's a slightly different direction from their previous works, but it will surely please fans of the West Records imprint.
